Front Desk Officer

The Role :

Mark Calthers Consulting Limited, a Business and H.R. Management Consulting firm with specialist focus on Sales Outsourcing, Manpower Outsourcing, Manpower Training & Development, Background Services and allied services urgently seeks to fill the vacant position of Front Desk Officer in the firm.

What we are looking for :

  • An ONDDiploma, or equivalent in Business Management or related field.
  • Good receptionist skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Prospect must be confident, pleasant, well organised, and be of sound judgement.
  • Must possess strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing and maintaining the front office and office administration.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by checking, managing, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Performing Ad-hoc office administrative duties including mailing, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sending, receiving, sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
