Media Production Executive

The Role :

Mark Calthers Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Media Production Executive to oversee the production process for content creation for advertorial purposes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital marketing efforts and enhancing its brand presence across various social media platforms.

What we are looking for :

Applicants must possess the following to be considered for the role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in media-related field (production, film, communications, marketing)
  • 5-7 years’ experience as Executive Producer or similar.
  • Expertise in multimedia software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of the entire production process.
  • Excellent creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and best practices.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for service industry and knowledge of current trends.

Responsibilities :

Your key responsibilities would be to;
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce multimedia content for social media adverts, ensuring creativity and engagement.
  • Project Management: Lead the entire production process to meet company standards and objectives.
  • Creative Direction: Offer innovative ideas and ensure content aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand content needs and provide media solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for production requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards and ensure content resonates with the target audience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance content strategy.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Analyze content performance to refine future strategies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and oversee project alignment with company goals.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets, schedules, and team resources effectively.
  • Team Management: Motivate and manage a team of creative professionals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit skilled individuals for production roles.
