The Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business development executive with an experience in HR to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a critical part in shaping our people strategy, business development/prospecting and fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ultimately contributing to the company’s overall success.

What we are looking for :

Applicants must possess the following to be considered for the role;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or any related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of success in partnering with businesses to achieve HR goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for creating a positive and productive work environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite, HR technology, and related applications.

Responsibilities :

Your key responsibilities will be to;

Leverage your proven expertise in Business Development to generate prospects, cultivate new client relationships and unlock cross-selling potential.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and challenges, developing HR solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes and programs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement HR process improvements using data-driven insights.
Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards to communicate data and insights to stakeholders.
Manage HR projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering open communication and trust.
Manage assigned HR projects independently.
