Business Analyst

The Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business development executive with an experience in HR to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a critical part in shaping our people strategy, business development/prospecting and fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ultimately contributing to the company’s overall success.

What we are looking for :

Applicants must possess the following to be considered for the role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in partnering with businesses to achieve HR goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, HR technology, and related applications.

Responsibilities :

Your key responsibilities will be to;
  • Leverage your proven expertise in Business Development to generate prospects, cultivate new client relationships and unlock cross-selling potential.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and challenges, developing HR solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes and programs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards to communicate data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage HR projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Manage assigned HR projects independently.
