The Role :

What we are looking for :

  • Minimum of first degree in a related social science field
  • 3-5 years experience in HR management
  • Experience in a Business to HR Management Consulting environment will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment and management of staff
  • Employ useful tactics to interview candidates and onboard selected candidates
  • Maintain relations with all employees and bolster the relationship between them and the company.
  • Conduct quarterly or monthly performance reviews
  • Conduct trainings and workshops when necessary
