The candidate will build the Sales Team for LCD Coverage and create and ensure adherence to the beat plan.
Ensure the OAMs meet the mapped customers in the assigned territories twice a week.
Translate the strategic goals of the business into operational plans to achieve the required
targets.
Recruitment and Training of the Sales Agents using knowledge of the market and
competitors to identify and promote the company’s unique selling propositions and
differentiators.
Regular meetings with OAMs to ensure that key performance indicators are met and
strategize to improve KPIs
Report on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion
and growth of your assigned territory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all
financial and non-financial transactions.
Ensure all the OAMs weekly salaries are calculated & forwarded to the HRs and finance
every week.
Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the sales
target.
Ability to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated potential to execute a
particular strategy.
