The Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated candidate who will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of the HR department. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for fostering positive employee experiences.

What we are looking for :

Applicants must possess the following to be considered for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR or a related administrative role is preferred.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities :

Your key responsibilities would be to:

Assist in recruitment and induction processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurately filed and updated.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, as well as performance management activities.
Support HR-related inquiries and provide information to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR initiatives and projects.
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of a positive company culture.
