What we are looking for :

Essential Requirements:

  2. Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.

  4. Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist customers and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and tools.
