What we are looking for :

Essential Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers over the phone.
Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist customers and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly.
Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of customer situations, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ needs and concerns.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and tools.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
Willingness to learn and follow call center protocols and procedures.
