Business Development Specialists

We are a leading HR consulting firm specializing in Management Consulting with a broad spectrum of Human Resource Management and Business Consulting services. We are looking to hire an experienced, self-driven, dynamic, and motivated business development professional with a proven track record in the service industry. In this pivotal role, you will become the architect of our expansion strategy. You will identify and acquire new clients, while deepening relationships with existing ones by introducing our expanded HR and Business Consulting services. From initial lead generation to finalizing deals, you will own the entire sales cycle and drive revenue across the board.

What we are looking for :

Applicants must possess the following to be considered for the role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development, client acquisition, or sales role, preferably within the service industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the HR consulting industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities :

Your key responsibilities would be to;
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify potential clients in need of services.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential clients
  • Build relationships with potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of your outreach efforts.
