Data Response Officer (Ibadan, PortHarcourt, Benin)

The Role :

Looking for seasoned data experts to analyze and work on new and existing customer data within Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Ilorin and Benin.

What we are looking for :

Confirm and Verify customers information.
Help confirm and complete customers K.Y.C
Pitch the business to the customer.
Help resolve customer’s issues.

Responsibilities :

Minimum of an HND or a First Degree in any related discipline.
NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
Minimum of six months as a customer care representative.
Excellent communication skills.
Must reside in Lagos
