Data Response Officer

The Role :

We are currently recruiting seasoned data experts to analyze and work on new and existing customer data within (Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Ilorin and Benin.)

What we are looking for :

  • Confirm and Verify customers information.
  • Help confirm and complete customers K.Y.C
  • Pitch the business to the customer.
  • Help resolve customer’s issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum of an HND or a First Degree in any related discipline.
  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
  • Minimum of six months as a customer care representative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must reside in Lagos
