The Role :

What we are looking for :

  • First Degree in Management or any related field
  • Certificate in any HR field will be an added advantage
  • 1-3years work experience in related field
  • Good Organisation skills
  • Collaborative Team Player
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of the HR standards and the products and services of Mark Calthers Consulting
  • Essential Relationship Management
  • Excellent general Management Skills
  • Essential people and business operations Management

Responsibilities :

  • Image Builder – Promote and develop the Mark Calthers Consulting services
  • Supporting new businesses and managing the existing businesses within the Human Capital Management Unit.
  • Work with other team members to ensure compliance with legal, contractual, or statutory procedures on staff management such as recruiting, selection and engagement, welfare benefits, and work contract termination.
  • Updating of employees’ database management – online and offline
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures on all operational activities.
  • Work with other team members responsible for the day-to-day management and HR-related issues.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs, and wage payments.
  • Prompt communication management within employees internally and externally.
  • Liaison and Client relationship management-ensure exceptional client service satisfaction level with all MCC Clients.
  • Timely communication of activities of the unit through detailed reports weekly/monthly/Annually.
  • Support continuous efforts to improve HR operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with other Team Members.
  • Any other duties as instructed by Management
